Material correction

A change that affects a fact, evidence, context or the published conclusion is explained explicitly.

Meaningful update

A new source, response or later event is added with a date even when the verdict remains unchanged.

Right to challenge

Anyone may send the disputed fragment, a canonical link and supporting primary evidence for editorial review.
